HELP!!! _ about blank nuisance

CAN SOMEONE HELP? My computer is infected with the 'about
blank' spyware / virus and I can't get rid of the bloody
thing. I have tried microsoft antispyware beta 1, which
locates the problem as spyware65. It then tells me it has
removed the virus only for the damn thing to re-appear in
seconds. I have run spybot, cw shredder (which didn't
even pick up the existence of the thing) and I have tried
a manual solution downloading registerlite but I couldn't
find the hidden DLL file. Does anyone have a solution to
this pest. This is a works computer and is causing me a
great deal of disruption

- Download/Install CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com, removes all
temporarily junk

- Download/Install Lavasofts Adaware, also removes tracking
cookies.

All scans then in *safe mode*, press F8 during reboot.

- Start CCleaner and remove all temporarily junk.

- Choose fullscan with all options checked within MSAS and scan.

- Also choose fullscan within Adaware
