HELP! 0xC00D116A: Cannot play DVD video

I GET THIS MESSAGE EVERYTIME I TRY TO PLAY DVD ON MY PC.I HAVE ALWAYS PLAYED
DVD BEFORE NOW.CAN SOMEONE HELP?
 
Always use small letters otherwise it is considered bad. You will not
receive any replies if you donot adhere to decency rules....
