Is it possible to create a stacked Column and line axis
Chart?
Stacked column from 3 rows of data. & Line from 1 row of
data?
 
Create a stacked column chart from all the data
Right click on the series that you want as a line.
Choose Chart Type
Select a Line chart, click OK

Yes it should be possible.
Start by selecting all the data and creating a stacked column.
Now select the data series that you want to plot as a line.
Right click and choose Chart Type. Pick the required line type.

Yes, create as you would for a stacked column graph, then
right mouseclick on the series you want changed to a line
and change the chart type.
