[Hekp]Can not open URL in Outlook

In recent days,I can not open url in outlook.When I click an url in an
email,a window poped up with a message warning that I should contact
the administrator to cancel the restriction.The same thing happened
when I try to type a URL in the address window to open a web page.

It was all right weeks ago.I just do not how to correct the problem.I
tried reinstalling outlook,but it seemed not work.

Can anyone here give me any help?

Just now ,I searched this newsgroup on google.

Fortunately,I find the solution to this problem.Now my outlook works
well.
