I have a file c:\windows\eleather.bmp that I have to delete so I can get a software on my computer to its default password, the softwar's company support says that I have to delete it (in a safe mode)...now Ive intered to MY COMPUTER & then to the C:\ I done a search for the file I found it it was the only file there clicked delete a messege apeard saying:THIS FILE CAN NOT BE DELETED IT IS BEEN USED BY SOME OTHER PERSON OR PROGRAMMES SHUT DOWN THOSE PROGRAMMES AND THEN TRY AGAIN.......how can I delet this file & how can I go to the dos prompt from winxp & how can I know what programmes use this file & well deleting this file affect my PC...please sombody answer me quick
