Hebrew in XP home edition

I just got a new computer with (English) XP home edition installed. I wanted
to add Hebrew as second language, so I can edit some mail and documents. I
went to the Language settings but Hebrew is not a choice there. Anyone know
how can I add it,
Thanks

Click Start / Help / Search tab, then type "Hebrew". Now
double-click "Writing documents in other languages" and
follow the links.

I tried this method (I want to install Arabic lang. support), and when I went
to Control Panel/Regional and Language Support, it asked me to insert a WinXP
Pro disc to install the needed files. Unfortunately, my Averatec doesn't
supply a Windows XP Pro disc--only a recovery disc, which is a photo image of
the factory install. And, of course, that install didn't include Arabic
support. Any ideas as to where I might find these files (apart from
borrowing somebody's XP Pro disc)? Thanks in advance.
