Headings

I have a rather large document with lots of pages - I want the same headings to print on each page. Is there a way I can do this without copying and pasting each time in the actual document. E.g. Can I put the headings in the header and footer and will they line up?

You can also try File/Page Setup, Tab Header/Footer and
enter Custom Headers or Footings.
