Hello
I'm trying to format my diploma thesis and it's driving me crazy.
The table of content, tables etc. should be numbered with roman digits.
The first chapter then starts with 1.
It should look like this:
I. Summary
I.I language A
I.II language B
II. Table of content
III. Table of tables
1. Chapter 1
1.1 Chapter 1.1
2. Chapter 2
At first I just did everything with the normal Headings. So the Summary
i.e. was also numbered with arabian digits. Now i'd like to change it
but i don't know how. Even when i insert section breaks and change the
numbering for the first part to roman digits the Chapters take it over
as well. Do I have to create new styles for the roman headings?
