Headers only and Preview Pane Download

When you setup Outlook 2007 to download headers only, is there anyway you can
also set it up not to download the actual message in preview pane, like you
can in Windows Live Mail and Outlook Express? You know preview pane will show
the "Message has not been downloaded" page and you have to click to actually
download the message.

unless you are working offline, outlook will download the message when you
select it. You'd need to turn off the preview pane to stop it.

What about having the option to empty junk mail for a hotmail account. I
guess I'll have to add account to another program
