hi all!

i am trying to delete a blank page that someone else has designed in a
document.
however it wont delete , i think the reason for this is there are
headers & footers on every page.
how do i remove the headers & footers from this one page ??
the header & footer on this page have no text in them but i cant seem
to remove them from this page ??

thanks

Headers and footers won't display if the page is completely blank.
Usually, seemingly blank pages have paragraph marks, created as you
press Enter, on them. You can display nonprinting marks (press the ¶
button on the Standard toolbar); then you'll see if there are
paragraph marks (¶) or something else on the page. If you find
something, just delete it. For more on this and other causes of blank
pages, see http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/BlankPage.htm.

Just check out whether the page has a section break and the header content
with font color white. Other wise check wheter there is any Filed with
Styleref (Inseert ->Field...-> Field names: -> StyleRef assinged.

Note: One possibility is correct as per Stefan Blom.

Note that if the page has a section break, it has contents (namely the
break itself). That is just a special case of a "seemingly blank
page."

Also note that deleting text from one header might very well delete it
from all headers, if the headers are linked.
