I can place an address including phone numbers and website in a footer, but I
also want to include a page number to the left margin to be on every page and
a date on the right margin. Everytime I put in the page number the address
label is gone etc... Is there a trick to this?

This is Word 2007 and you're using the Page Number button on the Header &
Footer Tools ribbon (or on the Insert ribbon), right? Instead of clicking
the Bottom of Page choice in the dropdown, choose the Current Position item.
You'll see the same gallery of choices for page numbers, but your selection
won't wipe out the existing footer contents.
