Headers and Footers w/ Macros?

Hi There:

My company uses a macro to insert our letterhead, which
was located at the top only in a table, onto the page
anywhere your cursor is located. We revised our
letterhead and the information is in the header/footer
area as two text boxes - one horizontally and one
vertically. Can we use headers and footers with Macros?
And if yes, please provide instructions.

If you create a template containing the header/footer, you will have no need
