Header of email (to; from; date) not printing..only the body

Outlook 2000 - when I print an email, only the body of the message prints.
The header that contains the To; From; Date, etc doesn't print. In print
preview it is shown, but it isn't printing.

Any help out there??

Are you using IE 7? If yes, this is a known issue and Microsoft has a hotfix for the problem.

Are you using IE 7? If yes, this is a known issue and Microsoft has a

Has anyone observed this problem in Vista (Business and Ultimate both)
with either Outlook 2003 or Windows Mail? The 931657 hotfix does take
care of the missing headers in XP, but now I'm seeing the same problem
on two different Vista PCs using either email client.

Microsoft support wanted to charge me $245 since Vista wasn't listed
as a hotfix version (XP version would not install).
