printed page missing body of text

I tried to print a page from an Outlook tutorial but only the header and
footer printed, not the body of the text. I have had this happen before from
other web pages. Anyone know why this happens and how to get the complete
page to print? Thx.

ANONYMOUS

Sometimes you need to click in the middle of the message or webpage so
that it is selected. Then File, Print preview to see if the text is
visible. If it is then you can click on print icon to print that document.

This happens when the webpage uses frames to lay out their webpage.
