I am a recruiter and I need to put a header on top of all resumes that I sent
to a hiring manager. The header is the same. How do I build a header that I
can just "click" and it is inserted.

Thanks,
George Mancuso

Create the header the first time manually. From the Insert tab, select
Header, and then select Edit Header. Type and format as you desire. Then
select what you have done, and then from the Insert Menu select Quick Parts.
Save Selection to Quick Parts Gallery. Give it a descriptive Name - such as
"Resume Review". Change the Gallery to Headers. If you desire, you can add a
more detailed description.

Now to use it, from the Insert menu, select Headers, and you should see
"Resume Review" in the list to click on.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Thank you very much. Once I saw it I realized how easy it is to complete this task. Have a great day and thanks again for the quick and accurate response.
