Header and Footer Auto Text - Word

When trying to edit and create Footer and Header, the
option to choose auto text is greyed out. How am I able to
correct this, and have the option available. Cheers!
 
Hi - you're best off posting this in a Word group. This is a group for
Windows 2000 -
