I need program that will monitor temperature of my hard disk.
Also, is there any program that monitor processor and motherboard

Motherboard monitor monitors HDD temp, (just not if you have RAID array).
Also monitors CPU, mobo temps, fan RPM's, voltages...

Assuming your hardware has the sensors, Speed Fan will do all of the
above
