hdd failure

i changed over the ram in my computer and got an error when loading
windows, so i took it out, now my bios wont reconigse either of my hdd
drives, but will recognise my cd. i've tried moving the ide cables and
i know the jumpers are set correctly.

any suggestion?

Not nearly enough information. What did you change your ram FROM? What did
you change it TO? What did you take out? Did you put in anything to
replace what you took out? While trying to install hard drives, you DO have
ram installed, right? -Dave
