I have a 80 gig hard drive which ive partioned into 2 separate drives. I am
the only administrator on this pc. Iive created a family account for the
rest of my family. This account is limited. Is there any way I could disable
access to the second partition for the family account?
Im using windows xp professional sp1. thanks in advance.
 
Providing yr using ntfs file system, there are a number of options.
Access properties for the drive you wish to protect.

With tweakUI, which is part of Windows XP Power toys, you can choose
to hide partitions. You could do this and then delete the tweakUI icon
from the startup folder of the limited account.
