HbSrv.exe Error

I installed a new monitor on a friend's computer this
morning. When I went to Control Panel, I got an error
message saying the HbSrv.exe file has caused an error.
What is this file and how can I fix the error?

N-case : adware/spyware/trojan/hijacker

I just got rid of this one for a client today. Its a bad one.
Run these tools:
spybot -- http://www.safer-networking.org/
ad-aware -- http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

HiJackThis - http://mjc1.com/mirror/hjt/

This will make both the Control Panel and Windows
Explorer lock up? It wants to send a report to Microsoft.
