HAWK ALERT

Someone suggested that I check the performance part of the
control panel, and check system restore to see why my
computer sometimes runs very slowly. The following is
what I found, and after clicking the Recommended option,
it seemed to improve the speed of the computer. However,
this message is still there every time I check for it. Is
this a real problem? What can I do to fix it?
