Having trouble with a webpage on IE

All,

I am having trouble with a website that keeps defaulting
to my homepage -- res://pyzpi.dll/index.html#22776.

I have contacted the administrator, and they stated that
I need to remove a program "iefeatsl" or something, to no
avail.

I am at work, and we need a specific page to come up, but
this one keeps doing it. I need to find a way to get rid
of this program/webpage.
