Having to confirm every deletion

Help!

Every time I highlight text and then delete it, I get a
message in the message bar at the bottom of the screen
asking me to confirm the deletion. If I back space, this
does not occur. How do I turn off the delete confirmation?

"Tools", "Options". Click the "General" TAB and uncheck the options for
WordPerfect.

Thanks for the infor but we have already de-selected the
confirmation option under Gerneral. Any other ideas out
there!

Are you sure you have cleared the check boxes for *both* items that refer to
WordPerfect, i.e., "Help for WordPerfect users" and "Navigation for WP
users"? These are the only known cause of the problem you describe.
