having same problem as "karen"

every few minutes a error message pops up and says
internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close sorry for the inconvenience

i have sent my error reports everytime and i even
downloaded the internet explorer service pack and it is
still doing it

please help

We need more information to be able to help you. Click on the details button
(or details link) when your system crshes and provide:

or if you are using a later operating system, provide information about the
files (modules) involved in the crash.

If you are using the Error Reporting Tool, disable it so you can access the
error message in a more understandable form. Informationon how to disable
