Having problems installing Business Contact Manager software

I have tried numerous times installing the Business Contact software on my
Outlook 2007, but have not been successful. I have checked Control Panel and
it shows that the installation was successful. But when I open the Outlook
Software, I can't find it. Furthermore, I have the troubleshooting on the
Outlook menu, but it did not help. Any suggestion?

The add-in may be disabled in Outlook in the Registry. If it's not,
try using a new mail profile.

How can find out if the add-ins are disable? And, if not successful, how can
I use a new mail profile?
