having problem sending message

Hello everyone, having a problem sending out message can someone help? When
try I get a error alert saying this, host SMTP counldn't be found. And when
I click on details this is what I see acc.pop, ser.pop, protocot nntp,
port25, or socket 11001, and 0x800cccod.
