Having Pb openning/saving fax(Tif format) on Outlook 2003 since a Week plz help

Hi All,

Since a few days I can't open or save reveived faxes (.tif), I didn't chage
anything to my outlook config,

before that I could receive fax read and save them wihout any Pb
