Having difficulty with Iphone add-in.Not allowing outlook syncing

I'm attempting to sync my Iphone to outlook to transfer my contacts, but
everytime I try to do so I get an error message from Outlook asking me to
disable my Iphone sync add in. What can I do in order to properly sync my
contacts and calendar from Outlook without getting this repeat error?
 
Not an Outlook issue. Sync issues never are. Ask whoever supports your sync
add-in.
