Having active admin acct but not showing on logon screen?

I want to set up an admin acct with a password for my kids to play problematic games using RunAs but don't
want them to have the ability to log into that acct easily from the logon screen. Can this be done?

Or a way to pass the runas parameters to shortcut so that part is transparent to the
user..
