Having a problem printing even only/odd only pages

Hello!

I am trying to print a document in booklet form. I do not have a duplexer so
I need to print even/odd pages only so that it can be double-sided. I was
able to successfully print this way a month ago, but for some reason the
"print" pull-down (located under "Print What") is no longer active. I have
"Document" selected in the Print What menu. Help...

While playing around with this I noticed that if (in Page Setup) I change the
Multiple Pages option to Normal, instead of book fold or two pages per sheet,
the Even/Odd Print option becomes available. Is there a way for this option
to work with book fold or two pages per sheet?

"Odd pages" and "Even pages" are not available when you're using "Book fold"
because each sheet is a combination of an odd and an even page. What you're
actually looking for is odd and even *sheets.* You should be able to get
that by checking "Manual duplex" in the Print dialog. If not, see
