Have Windows XP Media Version - Media Center doesn't work

Have xpWindows Media Version but the Media Center gives me a black screen
when I go on it. When I hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete, It comes back until I hit any
key, then black again.
Any suggestions, anyone?

Ask on the MediaCenter newsgroup, and mention the version.
