Have Ultimate - But No Dreamscene Content Pack - Why?

I have an activated version of Windows Ultimate with a United States
location. I saw that the Content Pack is available and went to both Windows
Update and Microsoft Update. In each case, it was indicated that no Windows
Ultimate Extras are available at this time.

Does anyone have an idea of why this might be - and how to correct it?

If you are running a pre-RTM (below build 6000) version of Vista Ultimate,
no Ultimate Extras will be available.
