Have SP2, Have Movie Maker 2.0.3312.0, But No Movie Maker 2.1

I'm trying to solve the problem of no audio on captured video problem
that seems to plague Movie Maker.

Presumably with MM 2.1 there is a tab under "Tools", then "Options",
then "Compatibility" where you have the ability to turn off video and
audio filters. I don't have the Compatibility tab because I don't have
MM 2.1. I have MM 2.0. How this happened I have no idea. How can I get
to MM 2.1?

Maybe the following article will offer
some ideas:

What can I do if I upgrade to Windows
XP SP2 and Windows Movie Maker 2.1
is not installed successfully?
