Have records auto-filled in using a pull down list

One of the requests from my client is to be able to auto-fill a record using
a pull-down list of pre-determined information. I have no idea how to proceed
with this so any comments will be appreciated.
 
Go look at the Northwind database that ships with Access. Check out what
happens when you select your customer from the drop-down when adding a new
order.
