You must have something connected wrong,a computer that auto restarts,
or continues to run,is most always a hardware problem.Chk all
connections,does
the power button work (off/on) in front panel...

The PC do not restart... The Win XP closed when ask for, but Power supply ,
cpu fan and Video card still continue to work...

Yes the front on/off button is operational and if i push it's restart Win XP.

Tomorow i will unplug and plug back all connector to try... but all

Sounds like your system is actually going into standby instead of shutting
down. This is when Windows appears to have shut down but the CPU fan as well
as the power supply keeps running. But a press of the power switch will
"bring it back to life".

How do you shut down? Check the box that comes up after you click on the
Start button and select Shut Down. Make sure the selection is set to Shut
Down and not anything else under "What do you want the computer to do?"
