J Joe Grover May 9, 2007 #4 If the password is for your email account at your ISP you will need to contact them. If the password was placed on an identity in Outlook Express your best option is to create a new identity and import your mail from the protected one (see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/community/columns/passwords.mspx for more information).
