Hauppauge / Media Studio Problems

Hi all,

First time on the group - it's been very interesting reading what's
already been posted.

I've just bought a new DELL PC with a Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II card
and installed Pinnacle Media Studio as soon as it arrived to burn old
videos to DVD.

Problem: I see the video signal clearly using XP Media Center but
cannot see a preview in the Capture screen when using both Media Studio
and Nero 6.

Any ideas about how to rectify this would be very helpful.

That has got to be a capture source setting.
Better to post on the PVR groups about it.
I can always get mine to work if I click on
things long enough, but getting it right is
another trick.
