HASP Installation error - Service Control Manager

Hi,
I get an error when trying to install an Aladdin HASP Driver.

It says: "Failed to start a service in the Service Control Manager
Database 0x2008007 0x20007 0x0"

How do I get around this. I assume there is a settting somewhere which
is preventing this.
