Has my hosts file been zapped

This is as I found it:\

127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost
94.232.248.66 browser-security.microsoft.com
94.232.248.66 usantivirpro.com
94.232.248.66 www.usantivirpro.com

the last 3 lines look to me like something left over from an infection. Should I
delete them?

These appear to be remnants of a malware infection. The sites
referenced seem to now be out of commission, but you should get rid
of those lines anyway.
