Has anyone ever seen Outlook stop wrapping text?

All of the sudden, in mid message, Outlook stopped wrapping the text of the
message, any ideas?
 
I've seen it do it in HTML replies. For whatever reason, its switching the
encoding. I'm not sure how or what triggers it, sometimes a long url will.
It doesn't happen to me often enough to send much time trying to figure it
out.
