If you delete all hardware profiles does this affect the end user profile. I
am having troubles booting a laptop. And I think it has something with the
docking profile. If I delete existing Hardware profiles will this in turn
destroy or corrupt user profiles?

Thanks

Hardware profiles arrange various service and or driver startup modes stored
in HKLM hive. So no it shouldn't have anything to do with your user
profiles.
