Hardware profile disappeared???

I'm running XP Pro SP2 and am using to docking stations with different
peripherals on each dock station. Hardware profiles are pretty key to bounce
between home and office setups.

I turned my laptop on today and my home hardware profile is gone from the
startup list. What happened to it?

Thanks.

How many user accounts are defined on this laptop?

There are 4 not including administrator.

Have you checked every account so as to see if the hardware profiles
were removed from every one?

This laptop is on a domain. The user profiles on now have been created
because those users have logged into this machine at some point in time. So
they aren't regular users and I highly doubt they would delete a hardware
profile.

That is not what I am suggesting. You need to check to see if the
hardware profiles exist in the other user accounts first. If it
exist then there maight be a permission problem on the user accounts
that do not have it.

Aside from logging in as these people which is not an option, how would I do
that?

Thanks.

Still having this issue. Pretty much can't save hardware profiles at all.
Another weird thing is the current hardware profile is not displaying in the
list, but I can click on the top of the list and the profile is there, just
not showing the name of the profile.
