Hardware Malfunction stop message during install

I'm trying to install WinXPPro onto a dual Xeon machine
with a tyan tiger i7505 motherboard. The install goes
until "installing devices" then the blue stop message
appears. No other info is listed.
I HAVE ALLREADY tried removing everything I can. The
audio/lan/usb are integrated on the MB but I tried
installing with them BIOS-disabled, still failed..

I tried removing the AGP card and tried with a PCI video
card...failed

I'm coming to the conclusion Windows will not run on the
tyan tiger i7505 dual processor motherboard...
Incidentally RedHat Linux installed and ran without
problems..

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check Chapter 4 on motherboard manual?
