Hello,

I was wondering what requirements a mobile phone must have in order to
run .NET compact framework applications.

What mobile phones currently have these features?

I am using Visual Studio 2002, do I need VS.NET 2003 to use with the
smart phone SDK?

When are mobile phones going to be released with the smart phone OS?
