Hardware change and activation!?

Hey there, I have this warning coming up that says I have to activate my
Vista? I haven't changed anything to my knowledge, the only thing I can think
of is putting in a new networking card about a month ago.

Anyway, how do I activate it. I have a retail copy of Vista Premium. I tried
to find a phone number but it just tell me I have to pay 60 bucks or
something...I'm in Canada, I don't have too much money especially after
sinking all the money into Vista. I'm just wondering how I keep my computer
from disabling on me. When I try to re-enter my key it tells me it's in use.
I'M THE ONE USING IT! Does anyone have a link to a toll free number or ANY
solution to my problem. If this does what it says, I'll be reading any
responses on a different computer tomorrow.
