Hardrive

I changed my password to nothing,so when I boot up my
computer it wouldn't need a password. Now my computer says
I have low memory.My hardrive shows its size as 1.99 gig.
with 1 mb of space left. The actual size is 30 gig. How
can I get my full memory back without installing my OS
again. There is only a couple of program on the drive. I
should have plenty of space. Help
