What is the nicest and advised way to move everything
from current HDD in my pc to the new one I just acquired?
I mean total content move: with os, programs and data...

What pc upgrades are ok in respect of OEM os licence?
Is harddrive upgrade on the list of allowed ones?

BTW - Will I have to reactivate after this hdd move or not?

clone it by ghost.

But then Windows XP will recognize it has been copied
and requests activation again, right?
How often can I upgrade harddrive and do the activation
over the net, without calling Microsoft?
