I purchased and installed 160GB HARD DRIVE using windows
xp but i can only 127GB. How can I get upto 160GB?

Several factors could cause this problem. Are the pin
settings on the drive correct? I bought a Samsung 80GB
hard drive. The instruction booklet had a typo, and it
thought it was a 30GB hard drive. I had to look on the
drive to find the correct pin settings. If this is not
the problem, either the BIOS doesn't properly recognise
the drive, or there is an error somewhere in Windows.
