Once I have permenantly deleted something, I cannot
access it anymore from the origional file path, but I
know it is still in there on my hard drive. How can I
view and possibly recover a file such as a word document
that I wish I had not deleted, let's say I cannot
remember the file name.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Bruce

Lot's of recovery programs out there, but that becomes un-
allocated space when you delete it. It will be
overwritten so you need to have the recovery software
already on the system or use it off a floppy or CD. If
you down load a program to your HDD you might write over
what you want to recover.
