hard drive only reads 127gb?????

I have windows xp and i have a 160gb ata133 and a 250
sata hard disk and it only reads 127gb? Any ideas?
PLEASE! THANKS!
 
Your BIOS must support drives larger than 137Gb, you must have XP SP1
installed, you must have 48-bit LBA turned on; then you'll see the 160Gb.
